  • Service Quality Issues: If the car cleaning service provided does not meet the agreed-upon standards or scope of work.

  • Missed Appointments: If ScrubUp fails to provide the scheduled service without prior notice or valid reason.

  • Prepayment Cancellations: If you cancel a pre-paid appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the dissatisfaction arises from circumstances beyond ScrubUp’s control (e.g., inaccessible location, incorrect booking details provided by the customer).

  • If the service was partially or fully completed and met the agreed-upon standards.

  • For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at admin@scrubup.ae or call us at +[contact number] within 48 hours of the service.

  2. Provide Details: Include your booking ID, a brief description of the issue, and, if applicable, photos of the vehicle highlighting any concerns.

  3. Resolution: Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Additional information may be requested to assess the situation.

3. Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, the following resolution options may be offered:

  • Re-service: We may offer to re-do the cleaning service at no additional cost.

  • Partial Refund: If the issue is minor and does not warrant a full refund.

  • Full Refund: If the service provided does not align with the agreed-upon standards and no alternative resolution is acceptable.

4. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not applicable for promotional offers, gift cards, or discounts unless otherwise stated. Additional terms and conditions may apply for specific promotions or services.
